Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances, service type, work completed, and terms of the applicable service agreement.

In cases where work has been partially completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the proportion of work completed and the terms of the service agreement.
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Devortex Solutions LLC. Cancellation terms, including notice periods and any applicable cancellation fees, are specified in the individual service agreement.
Cancellation will be applicable starting from the next due invoice, until which the client can use the services provided by Devortex normally.
For project-based services, cancellation terms are specified in the applicable statement of work or service agreement. Clients may be responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any applicable cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of non-payment, violation of service terms, unauthorized use, or if required by law. In such cases, refund policies will be applied in accordance with the circumstances and applicable service agreement.

We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns in good faith. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss any issues before initiating formal dispute procedures.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, the matter will be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified in the applicable service agreement.
Disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the jurisdiction of courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Specific refund and cancellation terms may be detailed in individual service agreements or statements of work. In case of conflict between this policy and a specific service agreement, the terms of the service agreement shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes will apply to new service agreements entered into after the policy update.
