1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Devortex Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Devortex Solutions LLC provides professional cybersecurity and technology services to businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services
  • Security monitoring and threat detection
  • Incident response support
  • Authorized vulnerability assessments and security testing
  • Cloud and infrastructure security consulting
  • Security advisory and compliance services

All services are provided on a professional, lawful, and authorized basis only. Services are customized based on client requirements and are subject to separate service agreements.

3. Authorized and Lawful Use Only

Our services are provided exclusively for authorized, lawful purposes. Clients must have proper authorization to engage our services for any systems, networks, or assets. We do not provide services for unauthorized access, exploitation, or any illegal activities.

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authorization to request and receive our services for the specified systems and assets.

4. Service Agreements

Specific terms, scope, pricing, and deliverables for our services are detailed in separate written service agreements or statements of work. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Obtaining all necessary authorizations and permissions
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate security measures for their systems
  • Timely payment of fees as agreed in service agreements

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, methodologies, tools, and deliverables remain the property of Devortex Solutions LLC unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes as specified in the applicable service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, systems, and data. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent. Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary methodologies and information.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVORTEX SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devortex Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client's unauthorized use of our services, violation of these terms, or breach of any service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms of Service or engages in unauthorized or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
